it's an mh 250 nt to be exactly ^^ i didn't know that there are mh 50s with sunburst finish o.o

not really.. sry... just practise and practise ^^

just play it slowly and work your speed up oh and for the fast strumming part thicker picks help because they can go through the strings without bending.
