I'm playing the game, and it seems like this map is fake or Beta, because the runways on the airport are diferent and there's no charge island, on the game the runways are the of GTAIV and there's Charge Island.

It's not the beta map. The beta stage is too far into the development process to change around the entire layout of the city. Plus this map shares no resemblance to Liberty City in GTAIV at all.

I found another fake map with very similar layout, but it had Alderny and a lot more smaller roads filling in the gaps because it was for GTAIV. This map has no relation to Rockstar or GTA in any way.

Have you even played GTA IV? All of the roads are completely different. And even if there is an airport, the runways don't make any sense. This map, even if taken from a "reliable source", and trust me, gaming magazines aren't omniscient, is not from Rockstar.

What do you mean, "a bit different"? They're completely different. There are practically no similarities between the layout of this map and the real thing. Algonquin should be a grid layout, with almost no deviations from a grid at all. Look at this one.

I'm sorry if I'm being a jackass, I just get really carried away when people don't get facts straight. It's not his fault, but I just don't want anyone to get the false impression that this is the real deal, which might discourage a purchase.

It's obviously fake. The roads in Algonquin aren't a grid, there's no Charge Island, theres no bridge to Colony Island, there's no Happiness Island, the Airport is deformed. It's fake until Rockstar confirms it. As for it being in a magazine it's probably a rumor because there's no way that's the map.
