this wouldnt work due to the locks not being controlled by air. the lock on anycar ever built use metal rods in a push and pull configeration so there for the airflow from any device would fail, plus a locking barrel is a solid device so the air would be stuck in the barrel, then sucked back out by the ball. IDEA IS A COMPLETE FAIL! im just saying :P

@DJHYTEQ Mercedes 250 uses compressed air in tubes to suck/push a pin into lock, im sure another couple of mercs aswell. The ford fiesta mark 1 and 2 could be opened with a vacuum on the lock if you put a binbag etc over the door seam, oh and forcing air into a barrel is the point, push hard enough, if pushes the pins out, therefore pushing the rod. im just saying :P
