well blender is much more complicated than face gen. He is just dragging some parameters. The model was generated with 2 or 3 pictures. Great tool this Face Gen!!!
yes but the software isn't for indie developers it is mainstream. the basic package costs $300 and you can use it for free renders and videos ect but if you want to use it in a real-time enviroment you have to pay $1000. you could always use your own textures and hope for the best but its not the most legal of methoods

The hair can be added only with the complete software. It's a demo version.
