Yes, but add this for an even more perfect curl: Hang arms@sides, palms forward, elbows tight@sides: Causing forearms to bend away from body. This is the grip spacing. While lifting, keep most pressure on little-finger side of palm. At top of curl, hands will be well outside of shoulders horizontally & well short of shoulders vertically. This will work the two functions of the biceps, elbow flexion & forearm supination, as one integrated whole. This also works w/drag curls
