Shirley Temple was far from a pain. She was practically the only child star that did not grow up to be a druggie, alcoholic or psychologically messed up for life. Everyone who worked with her said she was a trouper, professional and totally unspoiled, no tantrums. Not to mention her 35 years of government service to this country.
Never realized what a handsome man Joseph Cotten really was, having only seen him through childish eyes. Glad Shirley Temple quit acting. Man! What a major pain she really was.
