Nice racing. I agree with explodude, it's nice to see people who post races of them not getting 1st 100% of the time. I'm not saying it's fun watching you lose, it's just basically showing even good racers have to lose sometime. That, and the other racers in the videos are amazing themselves.

dude i know a trick when u fall off the track as soon as u hit the ground after u fall hit a u get a boost or it might be when u fall hit a i dont know one of them.

That's odd; I see Coconut Mall and DK Summit (AKA DK's Snowboard Cross) more than any other place. I see Rainbow Road and Mushrom Gorge a lot too, but I don't even see Koopa Cape and Maple Treeway in some of my hour-long online sessions.

I should learn how to use the Bob-omb offensively. I should figure out exactly how far the Bob-bomb gets thrown so I can place it in strategic spots.

Also, one odd thing is that you start the turbo boost on the 3, long before my game, where I start on the 2.

Yeah, I'm odd when it comes to my boost starts in comparison to most. I hold down A until like the 1, take my finger off it for half a sec and then reapply my finger on the button before the GO! It's how I did it in MK:DS as well, but I can be prone to stalling with this method, but I find it harder to get the best possible boost start with the other method.

Is it some secret super-boost technique I didn't know about? I saw on some Mario Kart Wii videos people doing this before I got the game, so I thought that was the right time to start holding down the accelerator without letting go. It always caused me to spin out at the start.

Well if you were to just hold down A the entire time you would spin out, but momentarily taking my finger off the A button prevents that from happening. I don't know how many people use this method, I haven't found anyone else who does. It's probably not well known at all, but I have no idea if it's better or not

It isn't much better, it's decent at best. It's better going for the fading 2 and then wheeling at the moment of the start boost and then pressing R to cancel the wheelie to continue your 1st place streak. Your method is like getting the timing off when you start from the fading 2.
