I like what you said in this video. You are right, we should create a system where people can create more their own employment when when so many are unemployed. I would like to see more people to be able to use the kind of skills they love in their jobs. This current system seems to sufficate that a lot. It makes a difference when you love what you for a living, than if you don't.
