exactly, one should eat anything as long as it is not fast food and not be checking on the back of the label the calories or if it is fat free like all those people who are always at the stores talking about their diets and reading the label. that is a bunch of crap, as long as you work out hard, you can eat anything you want and stay in shape. instead of looking at some stupid videos about work outs go out and run hard and do things naturally.
