A new team, Team Continental, plan to move a region based on the whole of Australia (I call it the Austromi region) near the middle of an "ozone hole".

They announce this in the second town, and people are looking forward to the climate change. The real plan, however, is that Ash will like Austromi so much he won't want to leave, so other teams can take over the other regions that Ash ISN'T in. To do this, they know of Regigigas' Pokedex entry which states that it pulled the continents on huge ropes.

While you, the player character, go to Kanto on a plane, Team Continental research the Hoenn Golem Trio (Regirock, Registeel, Regice). Their research goes until you disband "T3@M R0CK3T B@CK 4 M0@R" then they go through the internet to hack themselves a Lv.100 Regigigas from a distribution event, then they find the special Sinnoh Event Regice, Regirock & Registeel with the Lv.100 Regigigas.

@MegaGlaceon It's a pretty simple explination: while trying to create a new dimension, before the discovery of Dialga and Palkia, he was told to try and create a gateway to an already existing dimension (It was full of lobotomised cats, but they could be cleared easily). Unfortunatley the plan went awry and a black hole subsequently appeared on the end of his nose leading to it's destruction. The eyebrows were able to survive this, but he thought that a No eyebrows/No nose combo would suit him.
