@MAKEMONEYSPREADLOVE he was clean for several months before he took that last one... he was happy that things were going so well with the band and happy about self titled (which was originally supposed to be titled "Killin' it" but changed to 'sublime' due to Brad's death) being released soon, so in celebration and sorta a "this is the last time" type of ritual, he took a dose that would have normally gotten him high when he had tolerance, but it was to strong for him :( rip
