@Molagbal38 In all fairness, Powerpuff Girls was derived from the Whoop-Ass Girls, which was most certainly NOT intended for children. Even PPG itself wasn't really aimed at kids, it was just dressed up to look like a family-friendly cartoon.

In the case of Friendship is Magic, it just happens to have been helmed by someone who understands that being a show about marketing toys to young girls doesn't mean it has to be nonstop mindless tea parties and dress-up sessions... though they do show up.
