What Paul is doing is wonderful. Everyone who is taking a part in this is doing everything that Paul explained in this video. If we would all just take one day to not eat meat, then I think we can all change the world, one by one.
This is just going too far. Animals have eaten each other for thousands and thousands of years and nothing happened with the climate and it surely won't be any better if we become vegetarians. It's natural for people to eat meat (or whatever the hell they want) and this bullshit about it being bad for the environment is just, well, bullshit.
@Dodo251 animals don't factory farm each other though, so that is the difference. We're producing more animals to sate our appetites than would naturally occur. :) It's one day a week without meat, that's not really "too far."

I don't know what they're on about when they mention climate but it would be healthy to eat stewed vegetables at least twice a week, as I myself do.
I think it depends on which scientist you're listening to. It's been scientifically proven that it isn't nonsense. The farts & burps from farm animals are increasing methane in our atmosphere. Methane only lasts for ~10 years though, so if the # of farm animals decreases, we'll see changes soon! Another plus is we can feed the world with that food that would go to fatten livestock.

People think that they are saving lives by not eating meat and replacing it with vegetables but you have to be aware that vegetables and plants are also living beings. Either way you're killing a live organism to feed yourself. It's been that way since the dawn of life. That word 'inhumane' is also funny because it relates to people, not animals. In-HUMAN(e) cannot be related to animals since they're not human beings and it is in human nature to eat animals.
