I really, really don't like how the Investigation Discovery commercials for TV show play down the severity of how horrible these murders are just to advertise their show. Seriously, just look at this commercial! It is advertising a show with real events in which people were murdered! It's not like this is a fictional show! Whoever is in charge of advertising this show should be ashamed. You don't see the news getting all excited because they have to report a fucking murder.

The model is Rebecca Grant (not to be confused with the British actress of the same name). She has had a few small acting bits but she's mostly a spokes woman. The commercial is for a show about women who kill (more than just men though). Would you rather it be a kid in the pool? I personally think its well played out.

@MousieQueen98 No, I would not prefer to to see a child in the pool. There are more clever ways to get across that point about wicked murdering women. Although children in the US under age 4 are more likely to be murdered by their own mothers than anyone else. Of course when it is a mother that murder's her own child it's touted she suffers from a syndrome or disorder that she is victim as well. The sentencing is significantly less as well. The TLC wicked women commercial is visually stunning, the woman is alluring the music is electrifying. It's a marketing masterpiece even after you realize a homicide has occurred.

In the much broader sense of things, once one becomes aware of the concept of Misandry you will find darker messages about men in all forms of media.

I recall the shock and outrage over his crimes. I do not recall anyone glamorizing him. I do not recall any advertisements where it glorifies the murder of a woman.
