FYI, when one has the ownership over the property or capability of claiming to do so.. in your repitoire, a court house, is Public Domain, therefore the people own it. And security measures can 'bar' you from loitering there, but when there for 'Official Business' it must be permitted. He was out of line though, and that is why he had to exit, but trespassing, it is not!

@usagora He can record his own filing in a public building such as a court house. He has no right to record anyone else's though that why the officer removed him from the room at the beginning which was fine. It bothers me how many people are willing to give up their 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and even 9th amendment rights, and just trust the police. Cops are supposed to be public servants, but they aren't anymore, so we must record and hope our right are protected.

@usagora It was a public building, and the only place he'd have to turn the camera off legally is the courtroom itself. The cop was obviously abusing his position. Now on the other hand. Once he started cussing the officer he was causing a public disturbance. Should have just continued to refuse to turn off the camera, and avoided the name calling.
