for the beginning, what strings do i exactly git when im doing the D and Bm, i hear the first 3 but there is a 4th tone before it goes to Bm and back again to D sorry im a noob with guitars

@sebias2 It's just the first three strings. Your ears maybe outlining another note in the chord that I'm not playing. Doesn't mean you're a noob, it means you have good ears!

Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I don't know how to follow the chords after the G minor. I also find it annoying that he can just easily bar the 3rd fret for Bb, it feels harder to me than baring with my index finger.
