@Quy4life why remake just dub this...andy lau and lau ching wan is the perfect casting for this movie. this movie is already a classic, remake will just make it bad just like infernal affairs, hollywood really need to write their own good scripts since they r super rich.
they are both excellent actors but you need to know how America film industry works. In order to score well at the box office, the actors need to be known in America. Since none of these actors have strong fan base in America, it not going to garner any movie goers. Second, Americans tend to be pulled in if the actors speak actual English and not dub. The story has to be played around American culture. So remake this movie would be a grand success like the movie "the departure" remake of IA.
