OMG Idon't remember the commercial but I sure remember 6952 - SOLAR POWER TRANSPORTER! I wanted one so bad, so I attempted to build one with the parts I had--my make-shift version was OKAY but not quite 'there'.

Classic Space sets of the late 78s to the mid-late 80s were the absolute BEST.

Forget the garbage of the 90s and 2000s!

Not in the world. 6982 Exploriens Starship is much better than any older Space craft from Lego. IT's bigger, much better designed and with many more playability. Sets released after that (mid 90s) really are garbage, but 6982 is the best starship out there, excluding Star Wars sets. Also M-Tron and Blacktron series are pretty cool, and 6973 Deep Freeze Defender is a nice ship. Sets like 928 from 1979 are so simple, old and ugly...
