Trim defense spending from 700+ billion to 400, and give the difference to middle and lower class Americans. Notice how he says he is for cutting spending of $40 billion per year but is proposing spending on education, infrastracture, and other "necessary" expenditures? those spending should amount to many times the amount of spending cut he is proposing. don't believe anything he says. in 2001 if you asked anyone "how will you be financially in ten years "who will have predicted this current financial conditions? we are not soviet union. we can't cook our own books. we can not predict tomorrow.
