  • this is the softest workouts i've ever seen in my life , get 10 ppl and make game situations, if you end up missing go back and think what you could've done to score

  • Hey Taylor, so like do you do fore example stationary ball handling for about 10 min, stationary shooting for 5 min, Plyometrics for 5 min, ball handling on the move for 5 min, drives for 10 min, S.O.T.M for about 10 min, S.S. for 5 min, and Conditioning for 5-10 min? Please reply. Thanks

  • I am really surprised that this guy is touted as a shooting trainer. Watch his motion, every time he shoots, he drops the ball below his waist. He would have a hard time getting his shot off in upper D1 a smart guard would stop his shot before he would get it released. Just saying, I am surprised no one has challenged him on this part of his shot.

  • @MrLakerMike I believe one can produce more with a focused training on a shorter time than long periods of disparate activity. Works not just in basketball but with other skills as well. Plan the routine, put all your mind and energy to it for a set amount of time and do it regularly.

  • 1 hour with intensity, but not every day. 4-5 times per week at most.

    Honestly, if you do it right, you need a LOT less than you think. I learned this the hard way.

  • @BasketballTrainingTV u always need to work on your skills.... theres no reason to limit it to do it 4-5 times per week.

  • @bigk525 if your muscles dont rest then they wont heal and therefore your skills wont get an increase

  • I don't recommend counting total shots per day at all. I recommend 1 hour high intensity workouts that count makes within each drill, but not total shots per day.
