It's hard right now without a job to buy the best foods, (since I'm not the one buying them and my bf is) but we both try to eat as best as we can..but we both LOVE exercising. Your videos are inspiring and just seeing your love for exercise and health should help inspire everyone. I have a health and exercise page on fb that I do for people, because any advice can help someone start. Thanks for putting everything you have into helping others and changing the world. I wish I lived closer to you.
How do you girls feel about hot yoga?? I went to my first class and walked in...felts hot hot and humid and crowded it was... and walked right back out:/ I dont know if could stand in that hot room for an hour let alone do yoga in there.
@Ashley15122Ann I love hot yoga! It's not for everyone but the first class always feels too hot, after going there for a while though, you'll find that u crave for the warmth of the yoga room :) I don't know if you're talking about bikram yoga, but personally I don't really like that type of hot yoga (it feels more like boot camp yoga class) but if you have a Moksha yoga near you, you should definitely try it out, u can rest whenever u like and drink as much water as u need to!

lol wow I was just looking around for healthy food recipes for myself(trying to maintain my healthy weight), then I see 2 beautiful chicks trotting around on the beach in bikinis with a whole channel full of these videos, JACKPOT!!!
anyone wants to lose weight do what I do...eat lots of broccoli everyday, cut all the sugar(pastries, coke, chocolate etc). Drink lots of water, do moderate weight training and aerobics(30min a day). Thats all i did and i lost 10lbs within 3 weeks.
I really want to buy your plan but I'm a Pescatarian, the only meats I eat are salmon, shrimp...some seafood :( Would it work for me too? I'd really like to know. Thank-you :) You guys are beautiful and awesome.
