The ingredients that you used to make que sauce ARE NOT the right ones, you can call it kind of a francesinha, but have no doubt it isn´t even closer to a francesinha, Im not a chef and i make a better one than you, because i actually know what the sauce is made of, the meat should be grilled, the bread only heated not toasted like yours, it takes ham and sausage, and way more cheese. the souce should have beer or wine, and i didnt saw any of that in the video. Come to Portugal and learn !
I'm Portuguese, and this recipe and appearance was the worst I've ever seen. lacks many inguerdientes. never is similar to our francesinhas. very bad...
Once again, a chief (really ???) try to imitate what only in PORTO, Portugal, really do know how to make... THIS IS NOT a Francesinha and NEVER will be ... We invite this chief to come to Porto, and learn here how we make the best sandwich in the world, actually ... DO NOT IMITATE, OK ?? LEARN FIRST..!!
WTF! This isn´t a Francesinha. Please do not try this as a Francesinha. The special secret is in the sauce and what he did has nothing to do with the true one. And a lot of other ingredients are in fault.
I´m from Porto and I really now wat I´m talking about...and believe me...dont do this cheat as a Francesinha.
Nice video..but..is a litle bit far away from de original recipe..if you understant portuguese youtube.com/watch?v=6tX3jKr8RsQ you can always see the ingredients and watch how its made. Cheers!!
i also tought that was a foreign francesinha...lol..it probably tastes great thats now what im sayin just the secret is in the sauce..and who has the best sauce...it didnt seem like that recepie was how it should be...you want to taste a real good francesinha you come to portugal the north..and the best ones are not in high star restaurants but in tascas

It isn't half a francesinha, it has many more ingredients and the sausage has Vinho do Porto, White Wine and Beer at least !
If you wanna try the true francesinha visit Portugal :)

Great video, i just wanna add that the francesinhas in Porto usually have sausage, cheese, ham or chouriço aswel.
I had a multi bread layer one that was awesome, it had sausage and a slice of bread, cheese, another slicem bacon, etc with chili sauce better yet.
Will try your recipe.
