this is joint development deal between india-russia ,would have each country invest $6 billion and take 8 to 10 years to develop the T-50.the all over Program cost is $10-12 billion. Sukhoi director Mikhail Pogosyan has projected a market for 1,000 aircraft over the next four decades, which will be produced in a joint venture with India. so,its not 95% russian.
