  • @DrumAndG 75% lats and the other 25% upper chest/shoulder, good machine if your not strong enough for pull ups.

  • The time it took to make that you could of ripped your back and chest with normal press ups, pull ups and chair dips.

  • this machine is a crap no resistance in its position of pre-stretch or in their maximal contraction and if so would not have variable resistance. Arthur Jones was delayed 20 years to make a nearly perfect

  • Hey bradda, just a tip, try to keep your back arched at the bottom as that's the only way to get a full contraction of the lats.
