Your strength is amazing!! And outstanding work on that kid. He looks incredible..And I also do not agree with the idea many believe that you should not do BTNP..Like any exercise you just need to do it correctly and be smart about your approach to each exercise.. Alan is right, BB is physically demanding to say the least...You can take all the pre cautions and still get hurt.
From what I have read, behind-the-neck press is the best for shoulder mass, though it can be dangerous for your shoulders for injury. However if you don't have problems just be careful and your fine....so, the same as your saying!

It is funny how people are so against behind the neck press, when some of the greatest bodybuilders advocate the use of this exercise (i.e. Dorian Yates and Kevin Levrone and Alan(!)).
If it doesn't work for you don't do it, and if it does use it. . .simples!

I'm 6'3, and my inside calf is great, which I can mostly attribute to genetics, diamond shape and all. But I can't get my outside calf to grow at all.
I totally agree on the behind the neck thing. Like what I tell most guys at the gym, if an exercise calls for a range of motion that is uncomfortable, don't do it. There are multiple ways to do every movement. Find a variation that doesn't hurt.
