I am using a brass T with glow plug and thermal disk ( 90 celsius cut of). On/of switch
with led light on the dash to confim turn on, and off of the glow plug.
T design is WAY smaller and require 5 parts. A brazed plat heat exchanger 20 plates
takes over when engine warms up. Two selenoid valves with seprate switches becouse I want the return veg oil in the pump to go back to veg tank not to my stock
Are you selling these online? Is this designed to use engine coolant, or turbo oil?
This conversion is awesome. Very impressive.

@1point6bn I am not selling these yet, but I could make you one if you like.
Are you in the States or UK?
I am in the States now.
International shipping is a bitch to the UK.
They would charge you 20% VAT.
Let me know!

What glow plugs did you use and what is the sleeve that extends the plug. Is the sleeve stainless? Did you specially make the sleeve?
I guess you use this only to start. Do you turn off the plugs after starting or once the temperature comes up in the engine?
Thanks

@miraclejesus If you have the glow-plugs installed in a piece of metal that draws the heat away
(does not have to be stainless) than you can run them for extended periods of time.
(until the engine warms up ~20minutes or so no problem)
Cheers!
