  • "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. You'll eat less calories because your body is getting what it needs. Please trust me and get this book.

  • You rock dude. I've been eating low carb so I don't worry about calories. But in response to your question I did a quick calculation on the back of an envelope and it puts me somewhere around 1200 calories on an average day. I don't exercise as much as I should. I'm back to losing after a mini stall. I'm convinced the weight comes off the speed it went on :D

    Keep it up bro.

Muscle is a good furnace, and will broading your shoulders.

  • You know what, you should get a PO box so people can send you stuff to tack on your wall for inspiration. It would allow us to give back in a tangible way.

  • hey FINNALLYYYY !!!!!!! I ALMOST FELL OFF WITHOUT YOU MAN !

  • Glad to see everything is going great. Been workout out and changing what i've been eating over a month now and seeing very good improvements, but I think I may be eating to few calories, ranging between 700-1300 calories a day. How many do you eat a day? and at what point do you think is TO many calories when dieting. Highest i've been since then was 1750

  • @eragon5000 Depends on height, weight and sex. Google bmr calculator and enter your stats and it will tell you. It will probably be way more than you are eating. I wouldnt' go below 1300 and I usually stay under 2000. Everyone is different but over time you can learn what your body responds too.

  • Thought Spring was here but in Indiana -- I should have known that we were being teased with warmer weather last week. GREAT idea on writing on the wall!

  • @Jinxie228 I know, that was so cruel!

  • @losetogain Very, got our hopes up! We got our motorcycle out, cleaned her up and boom ... too cold to ride, well for me anyway!

  • Hey, glad to see you are doing well. You are a real inspiration to me :)
