First you'll notice that the left hand is jumpy. JLL has (in my opinion) a very smooth and elegant left hand. Second, I think the rhythm is more like ordinary boogie woogie, it lacks the beat and timing signature of JLL. Could I be right? Well, I did some search, and Jason D. Williams seems to be the owner. Watch some clips with this guy, look at the hands, listen to the rhythm, and you'd realize the similarities with the current clip.
