@Kniitte vovinam and vo co truyen (actually, the style performed in the video) are simply two different styles of viet vo dao. they are both vietnamese and probably vovinam is the more traditional style of that martial art since vo co truyen has been influenced a lot by chinese kung fu....

So under Vo Co Truyen we have Vo Binh Dinh, Thien Mon Dao, Nhat Nam, Thieu Lam Hong Gia, Lam Son, Bach Ho, Thanh Long Vo Đạo and many more. Go to vocotruyen.vn they have a full list. No, Vovinam is NOT the more traditional. Viet Vo Dao is by far the the older and traditional one.
