The guy's visibly uncomfortable in interview, and he can come across a bit awkwardly on stage between songs, but he's sound in person and has done very cool things for fans on more than one occasion.

Usually they're far better. Zane has a kind of chummy man-chat and Lauren is usally really curious and intelligent, but together they turn into a combo from hell.
