Many people need tools to help them connect with the heart. This is why I teach and practice Heart Rhythm Meditation, an ancient practice with both Sufi and Christian origins. It has indeed been around a long time. In one of the interview Drunvalo mentions that regression into past life is helpful in connecting with the heart in going thru the transition. I think he even mentions names of good therapists. Does anyone know what interview it was?
I think he would put it better if he had used the word soul, heart is a medafore because it is the essance of your body, pumping the blood to fuel all things.

@mimundo You don't want to shut up or stop the mind. Let the thoughts come and go. See them from your higher self as you would see a child. Do you tell your child to stop asking and talking. Well maybe LOL but we shouldn't. A broken heart is the undisciplined ego grasping for something as though it is separate. When someone else suffers it can break your heart. But we all suffer due to our mindful attachment.Meditate. Let it flow. Let it go.

If you allow this, dont be afraid of the things which come forth you will be healing. Then the more and more you meditate and go into your heart you will find peace and love and it becomes easier to live from within.

In the world and then i saw her "dark secrets". It didnt matter to me then cause nothing did, really. But after a while i started thinking of it and shortly after that, my brain dragged me back. I came close to that state twise since it happened about a year ago and i know my personal keys to it. Mainly trust.

I actually came to that true emotional body once and what I felt is very hard to explain. I got there after I had just come to love someone for tje first time. We laid beside one another and hugged very tight and i asked a question ; how close (physically) can i come to her? And instead of hugging tighter i laid a bit away from her and begun to see through her. It extended and i actually felt i became her. Even crazier , i even felt the curtains as if they were my right hand. There was no worry

All true spiritual writings teach how to correct your mind and meld it with the heart by understanding all things come from love. Also you must make sure your heart is purified. ok its riduculous of this new idea or question, are we really here? or is it just a hologram? its obvious get a grip of youre reality and out of the spirit world. were made up of atoms which at the most dense form make up solids liquids and gases. thats the first density. right now were in the third density which makes us. were moving into higher consciousness of this paradigm and realizing were shifting to the 4th density. the universe in a whole is a density, just not very dense at all.

Love is indivisble, love is simple, love is just love. There is no such thing as love from the heart and love from the brain. So called love from the brain is really called lust. When he talks about seeing from the "heart" what hes really talking about is seeing from the subtle body (pran). My advice to guys (and im serious) is to take everything Drunvalo says with a grain of salt and do NOT make him into a guru, he is not enlightened. However he may be somewhat spiritually advanced.

Well maybe LOL but we shouldn't. A broken heart is the undisciplined ego grasping for something as though it is separate. When someone else suffers it can break your heart. If you allow this, dont be afraid of the things which come forth you will be healing. Then the more and more you meditate and go into your heart you will find peace and love and it becomes easier to live from within.

1. meditate; reminisce the most beautiful things you have seen in your life.
2. take care of at least three plants; water them; observe them closely.
