hello my name is gina badeaux i found this 100 day challenge video and i dont know what it is .i stopped watching oprah because it was getting boring shes alwAys doing shows on putting down overwieght people and looking to give away tons of money to people who dont even need it .but i love artists here on you tube thats my passion painting and creating beautiful art ,so please let me know what this challenge is i dont know all the secrets but im pretty sure id be a value to this challenge

Love your video, about the saying Hello, one thing I find in London, people hardly look at you let alone say Good morning or hello. So when I am back home I love going for an early morning walk along the beach, where people nod, smile at you and say hello. It really boosts your spirits. :) Nic
