I visted naples last spring. Da Michelle is the best. The restaurant has been in the same family for 150 years with the same damn oven. Making only two types of pizza. Naples overall is a pretty sketchy town, but I'd go back just for the food. You may think you know what good pizza is, but you dont unless you/ve eaten it in naples.

Well, there's one reason for that, I'm speaking sincerely here, they are spoiled, not in the sense that they're brattish etc... the cheese is just made from the water buffalo instead of traditional cow's milk. i've had it many times in the US and it is all the same to me in flavor. If it tasted any different than regular mozarella, i would notice it and not eat it either.

Well, different people prepare certain dishes their own way. I guess it depends on the region. For example, Pozole(hominy soup) is a Mexican food. People prepare it differently. In the state of Zacatecas, they make it with chile sauce(red soup). In the neighboring state of Jalisco, they prepare it without chile sauce(clear soup). So there really is no one way to make a type of dish. So pizza can be made how ever you are acustomed to make it.

I'm trying to remember the place I went to in Chicago. I think it was something like Giordino's. Right up the street from Sear's Tower. If you ever make it to Italian Village, make sure to get the Sicilian. Crispy, buttery crust. I always get pepperoni & mushrooms. The tastiest mushrooms ever. I don't know what they do to them, but it's awesome. They're not dry like they are on most pies.
