apart from theres about 45grams of francium in the whole world and is madly radioactive and has a half life of about 20mins... Yes obviously if you could extract enough to theoretically place in water the boom would be good... but you'd be hammered my alpha and beta particles and would be ionised from carrying it and by the time you got home it wouldnt be francium anymore just some uselss waste like radioactive lead, no one has ever tested francium and is a prediction based on the other group 1s
