Ramsay is a disgusting example of workplace bully behaviour. He gives a shocking example to aspiring chefs and non-chefs alike. He is nasty intimidating and impatient. Digby, why do you hate him? the fact is if you watch any of these kitchen nightmares episodes to the very end 99.99% of the people he insults are extremely grateful for what he does.....Being called names is always painful and being told what you are doing in your business is hard to accept, but the fact is GR is successful with his own business....and all these people are on their arse and he lifts them up and they become successful....yes he is rude but he gets the job done....

Actually scratch that, they don't even cook, they lend their name to a restaurant and go off making tv shows while that restaurant rakes in loads of money, or in Ramsay's case goes bust. In London I used to go to those places and honestly, fish and chips or a decent curry dick on anything he could cook. Or stick in a microwave...

I think that he's very tough and plays on your feelings but that's just his way of getting everyone to shut up and really listen to what he's got to say. He's proved he knows his stuff and most of the time people are grateful for his help. I gotta say though, his method is the only method that works every time. I wish I was more like that because nice people don't always get results in the work place. He would never bully anyone in a personal way just as long as they have the right attitude
