  • Hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my auntie got hot Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

    On this video

  • @kangdoni I already got 8 pack abs with my own techniques. Fast and abs don't go hand in hand together, because it always takes a pretty long time! Those programs are usually scams.

  • how many sets and reps?

  • @schoolprojects00100 I believe that's in the video, but otherwise always go for about 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

  • Where's the second routine?

  • @JSanchez01123 Watch the video again and click on the link that's in it right now.

  • @jlvi13 Thanks man!

  • Can we do it on a soft surface for example BED...?

  • @Sheeqs1 The bed is to soft and therefore to easy. Use a little bit harder surface, because on a bed you can use a lot of momentum!

  • @jlvi13 ThanX man ...!!

  • great ab routine!!!!

  • Uhmm V crunch all the way is hard.

  • are you suppose to do these as slow as you do?

  • @PopshottedX Don't have to, but the slower you do it, the harder it makes and the more effective the workout will be. Rather do 10 slow exercises then doing a 100 reps fast without using the right muscles. Don't let the momentum take over your movement!

  • not trying to sound like a know it all casue it seems like you know what your doing.

but according to the University of Texas, you can work out your abdominals every day of the week as they are the fastest repairing muscle in the body, and is used to constant damage, so i would suggest that you work out the abdominals every day if you are a beginner, and slow down , but more reps as you get more advanced.

  • @teraithiawar Yes, you can train your abs every day, but it's not recommended for beginners at all. By the way, it's not even neccessary and the more often you do an exercise routine, the sooner you'll get used to it, and then it won't help you to get stronger abs. Best way to do it for most people is to train 3 times a week maximum, if you feel you can do more, you can try it out!

  • good stuff man you make a lot of these stuff look real easy, and this stuff aren't easy in any normal standard

  • yoda says "good these exercises are" lol!

  • how come your only supposed to do this ever other day?

  • Because your abdominals like any other muscle, should get time to recover in order to build itself up.

  • ohh i see. thanks for the advice and videos :]

  • no wonder i have a Stong body like a foot ball player but no adominals i do this every day.... crap my stomack is hard as hell but no 4,6,8 pack

  • You shouldn't do this every day. 3-4 times is more then enough.

  • TY ill Start Doing that

  • My main problem with the bicycle crunch is that I seem to have a problem balancing. i tend to fall back on my back when I'm doing them. Any suggestions?

  • Perhaps you can put something soft under your back so you want fall to the left or right, if you mean that. You just have to come up slightly at the bicycle crunch, so only take your shoulders of the floor while you're doing this exercises.

  • I notice that you put your hands on your head when you did the side crunches. That is ok if you don't actually use your arms to pull your shoulders up. I'm just mentioning this b/c some people might see that and just be tempted to use their arm strength to cut corners.

  • cool

  • Thats tight i have a simular routine. I kinda got it from bruce lees program (my hero)

waist twists- 4 sets 45 reps

    sit-up twist- 4sets 20 reps

frog kicks 4 set 50 reps

after that im wailing on the floor

  • i didnt know u could do sit ups while hanging on ur wall. amazing!

  • hehe, I can't turn the video in my video program, so that's why it looks like this xD

  • your lower abs is really nice. i started concentrating and doing what you were doing today and it hurts. it feels like starting over but for lower abs. the 8 min abs only did the top part. I'm gonna focus on lower abs more now. tnx for ur vids. and i was just kiddin bout the wall part.

  • Thanks, I knew you where yoking xD

  • where i train we do a 5 style ab workout back to back consisting of leg lifts to start, 3 count leg lift tucks, reach through crunches, 3 count opposite knee to elbows, and to end off and the only time u get a break, when you lay over someone elses legs and the other way around for 3 count holds resting while ur up for one count the back down.. 70 of each. ends up being 350 reps back to back.

  • Sounds pretty hard. I used to do a routine based on Bruce Lee's, consisting 1000 reps a day, 7 days a week.

It's not all about reps, it's about the intensity of the exercises. If you do them slow and controled, it works much better. By doing high repetitons you only train the endurance of your abs.

  • Hey.. I saw you comment to my question about how to lose fat and show the six pack.. cuz I have the muscle but I have a thin layer of fat on lower abs... lol... so you would recommend cardio workouts and you say bicacle and leg raises work on lower abs? I do leg raises and I feel it in the upper abs. :s

  • Well, the leg raises are for your lower abs. If you feel them on your upper abs, this might be because or you don't do them right, or your upper abs are weaker. This last one is more likely, because the lower abs are stronger at most peoples body. And to loose that last bit of fat you need to do cardio and eat right.

  • Thanks mate.

Im am seeing some results doing the 8minute routine daily...I try yours for a week, cant do any harm...thanks for replying.

One thing mate..maybe if you do another video you could set the camera to the side to show the stomach contracting and crunching,it would be beneficial.

    GL Pal

  • I used to do the 8minute workout as well. But because it's every day, your muscles don't get rest. After a month it won't be as good as it is now, you should change your routine every once in a while. The 8 minute workout doesn't give me a real challange, if you do mine right, it will be hard to complete!

  • Good stuff mate.

Do you recommend resting, like doing workouts alternate days and rest in between ?

You lucky you 17 cause us older guys arent as flexible as you :-)

  • Take a day of rest between the routines. So

    day 1: routine 1

    day 3: routine 2

    day 5: routine 1

    day 7: routine 2

The other days are resting days. Where I personally do side and normal planks for 3 mins each, but start to do it with resting days.
