Regarding the game Electro Static you're creating using this editor. I'm just a little curious when it comes to the physics in that game. Are you using any external framework or have you done it yourself? Either way, as the previous comment suggests, a tutorial on how to create a level editor like this one would be very much appreciated.
I started using the Farseer Physics Engine (which is excellent by the way), but found it to be lacking in several areas (especially at the time I started, the current one is much better).
I ended up modifying it so heavily they're basically two different things now. I used it more as guide.
I've been a bit busy lately, but after August 6, I'll have more free time, and I'll probably start making tutorials then. Keep an eye out for them, and let me know if you have any more questions =D
I would love to see a tutorial from you. Working on a level editor myself.

I used C# and the XNA Framework. I used Visual C# Express Edition as my IDE. All 3 of which, are free :)
