if you want to go forced, turbonetics has a drop-in system for about $5800 that will put out around 550hp. If you want n/a, a shot of giggle-juice is cheap, you could prolly run a 150hp shot safely, and it'll run you about $400-$600, but i've no idea what it costs to fill a 10-lb bottle. On the lower end, a CAI, exhaust and tune is a sure way to beef up the sound and hp a bit, and you won't have to worry about grenading those expensive Ford bits on the starting line. Enjoy.
