He just made this version of pad thai with fish sauce..real pad thai has tamarind puree/paste and palm sugar as well as fish sauce...the noodles are really overcooked too...
I think this is not Pad Thai Mr... since I was born till now I am older than you. I never seen Pad Thai with lemon grass together in my life..... rubbish!!!

anyone who wants to learn to how to make pad thai noodles should look elsewhere. I don't think that this will even come close to it.

Those type of noodle is use to make eggroll instead of padtai. I think you should try the flat thin noodle. You might like it.
