This guy is Matt Elliott, he is english. He had created The Third Eye Foundation : one of the most important elctronic experimental band, he don't need to be a rock star. You certainly could play like that but you have certainly not this creativity.

actually, Matt is third eye foundation. It´s not a band, it´s just him. And he studied a lot of classical guitar to do his new sound. It´s not simple as it looks.
