Promoted or pre-promoted? I don't care about pre-promotions but I DO CARE about those who I promote. In this case, though, my Neimi sucked. I used an Orion Bolt to make her a Ranger AND SHE DIDN't RAISED STRENTGH. She was a Lv.1 Ranger with 9 strngth. WTF!?
