  • Your arch is wayyyyyyy to bad.

  • horrible form..do real form and u might get 5 reps

  • I don't see why people gotta try and boost their ego by lying about their age.

  • u arch ur back way too much, dont arch ur back and count

  • Your form is good for powerlifting, but you are benching for reps. If you are doing reps, always keep you glutes, shoulders, and head in contact with the bench. Very impressive for 15 though

  • good shit man ur form is almost perfect for a powerlifter and these retards still think u need to have ur back straight lmfao

  • @d4k074p4l just gotta keep your feet flat on the ground :\

  • u form is all crazy

  • pussy lol.

  • bitch u is not 15 and ur form is horrible......... feet planted on the floor and back straight...........

  • I would hardly call that perfect form.

  • good shit

  • gotta love the amount of people in here slagging him off thinking they know better, when in reality, they are giving bad advice.

  • i respect you dude, because this isn't even your max, you repped this, keep up the good work

  • im 13 only and my max is 410lbs raw on the bench with a bare suicide grip at 200lbs and 6'4" lean solid musle.:)

  • @13andincrediblycut

if you're going to lie, don't over-do it. no 13 year old is 6'4". you've barely even begun puberty.....

thus, the 410 lbs raw on bench is highly unlikely

  • @dmpusaf No, it's highly likely because I've done it before.....So I would know. :)

  • @dmpusaf shaq was 6'5

  • your def not 15 :) id say 18-19 but you definitly need to learn your form, your gonna fuck your back up

  • How bout next time you make a video you actually use the right form and keep ur back and ass on the bench

  • Thats neat but why would you have that form when you are going for reps so high?

  • haha i'm 15 but i weigh 265 and I can do the exact same thing, just I keep my back flat, idk if arching helps or not but I just choose to do it flat

  • @mikewilbs search youtube for How to Bench Press.

  • bad bench press tehnique

  • @spalnacan1 you dont know shit...

  • way to ruin ur back u dumbass. Im 15 and benchpress 200 pounds... but I have correct form

  • @osseofan1234 You obviously dont know anything about powerlifting, and by arching your back you put your back in a stronger possision and make a shorter ROM wich helps you get a bigger bench....

  • @osseofan1234 Maybe search youtube for tips on the good form. I'm betting you're wrecking your shoulders.

  • Dang. real nice back arch

  • At the time of the video, how long have you been training?

  • congratulations for a 15 year old your strong man keep it up never stop

  • LOOK AT JEREMY HOORNSTRA. HE IS THE BEST AND HAS THE PROPER FORM TO ACTUALLY WORK YOUR ARMS/BACK/CHEST

  • i hate haters.

  • @timmyfng you hate yourself?? hypocrite.

  • This would be called...decline bench press, your back is nowhere near perfect form. Re-learn the basics at 135 haha

  • his fuckin back isnt touching the bench so there for his legs are doing alot more then they should be doing.. if he went to a lifting comp he would get kicked out cause of this.. hes doing it wrong

  • Hey look, it's someone actually doing proper form when they claim to be... what a surprise. It seems like hardly anyone knows proper form. Nice arch and lifting.

  • wtf

  • wtf

  • even tho the arch is alright, u know that wouldnt count in any lift comp. plus, im 14 and i did 225 18times. i may be 14 but i max out at 320 with out an and arch

  • @BrianCk6363 you're so full of shit it's funny.

  • @BrianCk6363 Lmao 14 years old and maxing 320. so full of Shit.

  • @MrWESTsideLOVE your a idiot i was 14 and benched 350 for ohio state record comp meet pussy

  • @RUsssssSSsssssO First of all who the fuck are you? secondly i wasn't talking to you. and as far as you benching 350 lbs. when you were in 8th grade. i'm just not buying it.

  • @RUsssssSSsssssO hahaha ur a fucking joke and a kid im 29 years old ill fuck the mess out of u

  • @dragonfart222 lol woa little guy someones on thier period, idc who you were talking to west,im jus saying thiers alot of crazy shit out thier,i got sick strength genetics, lol and dragon fart stop trying to act tuff on the internet your prolly 5'5 140lbs and bench less then you weigh

  • 315 my arse mate

  • keep your but on the bench tho, but arch your back as much as you can with your but still on the bench

  • i didnt see 15 years old tho. dam that is good then lol disregard my previous message. my buddy is 165lb but 23 years old. good work bro

  • why post this? my buddy is 165 and can do 225 more than 15 times and 300 3 times at the end of his workout... i only clicked on this so i could comment. i didnt even watch it

  • i 16 6'1 i weigh 210 i max out 210 but i bet i can beat his ass =]

  • Why is your back like that? You doing two exercises at once, wrestlers bridge and bench press, haha. Still, good job, at least you're actually working out compared to nowadays 15 year olds.

  • @chrisdotwynn That is actual bench press form. Look up Dave Tates 6-week bench press cure, or watch any powerlifting video. Arched back IS bench form.

  • @omfgapolarbear

yeah, powerlifters do it, but its not recommended.

  • perfect form? my ass

  • @mqzmcq13 Actually, though the angle doesn't let us see if his ass is on the bench or not, the arched back IS perfect form in powerlifting. You have to keep your ass and shoulders on the bench. Otherwise, the arch is actually the proper and safe way to bench.

  • not a true bench press, using his back muscles way to much.

  • @kga2009 Bench is a total body excercise in powerlifting. Look up Dave Tates 6-week Bench cure.

  • thats squats dude

  • okay yeah ur a pretty strong kid for 15, but god damn ur gunna fucking paralize yourself with that form

second come all the way down to your chest it will give you a wider range and give your more for your rep

  • 2 things....

1- u said u did 315 right before, but u only max 10 reps? thats not great at all...

2- im not a body builder or pro lifter but isnt raw like no belt, gloves, lifting shirt etc... or belts and gloves dont matter?

    ty

  • how tall?

  • dude your doing it so wrong. there right, you really will fuck your back with that form. plus your not even goin all the way down.

  • fuck his back? show me proof of anyone who has "fucked" their back using this powerlifting technique....i love how all these pussies on youtube live for the strict form but cant bench anyreal man weight....a bench rep is taking the bar lowering it to ur chest and pressing it up nice fucking lift!

  • @armando40 good fuckin comment

  • @quagmire444 You have no clue how to bench do you? Go fucking learn.

  • @omfgapolarbear he's gonna put all the pressure on his bag you fucking dumb ass. plus when u keep your back on the bench it isolates the muscles your working out like your chest, your triceps, and your deltoids. if you lift up your back its putting strain on your back and you will end up hurting your back u shithead.

  • @quagmire444 Do a little research b4 you respond next time..

  • your gonna mess up your back doing that. lay your back flat. when you arc your back like that it just makes it easier

  • @craftgarrett1 For gods sake you people are wrong. That is how you fucking bench. Oh, it makes it easier, what are you fucking talking about? The shorter range of motion? Sure. Except it takes the strain off your wrists and elbows. Dave Tates 6-week Bench Cure. Watch it. Watch it twice. Daves been benching this since your ma was wiping shit off your ass, and is one of the most respected trainers and coaches in powerlifting.

  • If you're refering to an arch in the back - well you shouldnt baiscly arch your back but powerlifters and seroius lifters are allowed to do it - but begginers shouldnt..

  • Beginners shouldn't because they have no idea how to bench. You gotta learn, and in powerlifting the arch back, even if its a very slight arch, is the way to bench because it transfers leg drive and helps to keep everything (traps, lats and such) tight.

  • @omfgapolarbear, it actually isnt how you bench. its not how you bench at all. laying your back flat is the proper way of benching. when i do that to my back i max 300 pounds. but i dont tell people thats how much i do because its not. its incorrect. im only maxing 255 laying flat. hes doing it wrong. any trainer and body builder will tell you its wrong. trust me its wrong

  • @craftgarrett1 yea any small dick body builder will say that, and anyone who has no idea about training. i personally do not use the arch but it is a very good technique

  • okay im not a small dick body builder. im doing exactly the same amount of weight hes doing and im 15. the difference is that i dont arch my back

  • no, any trainer and body builder won't tell you it's wrong. arching your spine pushes your pecs out while lying on your back overpronates the shoulders and puts stress on them as well as distributing the weight to your shoulderblades instead of having your shoulderblades pinched and having the weight on your traps like it should be. you don't know shit and the trainers youre talking to dont know shit either.

  • @dm325 actually i talked to seth feroce. look him up. he goes to my gym

  • you're 15 years old, you haven't been lifting for any time at all, and you talked to one douche. why don't you talk to the strongest people on earth, i.e. POWERLIFTERS, who arch their back. there's a reason the most weight is handled that way. COMPLETELY flat backed is HORRIBLE for you. if you have a nice arch from your butt to your upper back, that's fine. involving the legs takes time to perfect but is good. the best is to have the butt-to-neck arch though.

  • actually its the amount of arch he has is bad. i never said a little arch is bad theres nothing wrong with that. his back is dangerously bent and its giving the weight less travel down so it makes the rep easier

  • it's not dangerous. you don't understand how flexible the spine is. and you don't understand the physics of an arch and how much more weight can be supported. the arch distributes the weight throughout the body - benching flat backed is worse. and a reason why it's safer to arch and lower the ROM is because your elbows don't have to go as far behind your body, making it better for the shoulders. just do your research on arches before some idiot tells you false info.

  • my powerlifting coach tells us its fine, i bench 405 and i arch

  • 10 reps!!!! With the worst form of all time. I mean really man what the ass are you doing...

  • now lets see you do that with ur back flat...raw means no power lift technique genius

  • no it doesn't...GENIUS!!

  • strong lifts. keep it up.

  • you rep like a pussy

  • good job. You should compete.

  • ur gonna fuck up ur bak doin that..

  • Sorry man but that isnt a bench press you are doing a powerlifting position with your back arched like that and ur chest is about 4-6 inches higher then it would reguarly be if ur back was just on the bench which means less distance to push also with you arched like that you can force more power into the bar, this position is used for max benches of 1-2 reps put ur back down plant your heals arch your back slightly then hit it up chest will benefit much more then what you are doing

  • nice but ur ark form loooks too jks lol but nice

  • Just wondering, why are you arching while repping? Most people only arch with really heavy weights or for a max attempt

  • wow id rather watch william hung butcher another fucking ricky martin song its easier to watch then this retard doin what ever the fuck hes doin

  • haha ur form is far from perfect.

  • you should do the bridgo only when you make a max-attempt

  • The form is ok, if the point is bench more weight. Is like an extra wide squat stance. You dont get the benefits of the conventional form and you actually dont get that strong, but you get to handle more weight.

I wonder how much his deadlift is.

  • yeah his form is okay. in the sport of powerlifting you push up and arch your back to keep everything nice and tight. watch any pro, they do it too.

  • He probably is about 16/17, I doubt 15 though.

Anyway, his form was fine. Bodybuilders arch their backs like that too, except you can't tell because they're so big. You're supposed to arch your back like that, keep the weight on your feet. His feet should've been flat on the floor though.

  • wtf is wrong with your form? why is your body arched so much, that shit was horrible give me 3 good ones instead of 10 garbage ones.

  • hahaha nice job on your "Perfect form" you fucking joke your ass is up in the air

  • What's it matter if his butt comes off the seat? That doesn't make a difference at all, doesn't help him at all.

  • If it didn't help him he wouldn't do it, dumbass. And conventional form is arched back with butt on the bench.

  • I said it did help him. What are you talking about?

  • look up kinesiology dickface... He shortens the bar travel distance and changes the angle of the arm relative to the body.

  • dude, good job. it looks like on the 5th rep that you were done for but you kept going lol. dont believe that ur 15 though

  • OMG your still walking straight?

  • ever heard of motivation ?

    well this is DE-MOTIVATING...

    ''wooohooo 10 reps !''

    no respect from moi.

  • this is the worst form ever and is not a bench press, as a personal trainer im pretty sure id know, go get a trainer before you hurt yourself kid

  • It is a bench press. I don't see how he will get hurt doing that. You are like those people who say "don't pop your knuckles, you will get arthritis. I know for fact because I heard someone else say it and it sounds good"

  • Eyy ur form isnt good at all bro. Ur not getting a full work out like that. Put ur chest nd rib cage out keep ur shoulders nd back crunched in ur arms should never ever be fully extended. Keep ur back on the bench thats the worst thing you can do, you will never gain strength like that. Work on that and you'll be putting up alot of weight nd it wont be the wrong way.

  • Dude, shut the fuck up. It's people like you they really need to go suck a dick. This kid obviousley knows what hes doing, hes got close to a 300 pound bench at 15 fucking years old!!!!

I can go on and on about why your post is fucking retarded, but none of this will get threw to you anyway.

  • y is his back so arched?

  • its powerlifting form

  • im 16 - 300lb, and bench 315, its possible

  • ur not 15 homo

  • as your comment response those people you speak of are much older then 15, and not at the age of growth spirts which doing stupid weight and shitty fourm will fuck you up. your feet aren't even planted...

  • That's like the stupidest way I've ever seen anyone bench before. He looks like his trying to touch his head with his feet.

  • as long as u arent lifting your ass off the seat good job.. ur suppose to arch ur back.

  • he didnt even lock out at begining and his buts 2 or 3 miles off the bench cause he is arching toomuch... dumbass..

  • i can bench that im 12

  • your really doing decline because of your arch.. take a little off of that.. but whatever. good job..i cant say you suk because i cant do that yet.

  • Wow horrible form your going to get hurt, just looking out for you man.

  • wouldnt that almost kind of turn that into a decline bench and you can decline bench WAY more than you can bench normally

  • dumb ass, have fun with back probles do it properly and you will be able to do half that

  • Back problems? Never mind the 10's of 1000's of people that have arched on bench press for 10+ years and remain to see ANY signs of back problems with regular check-ups with their doctors. Fuck off.

  • Kid you are seriously gonna hurt yourself in the long run lifting like that. If you havent already

  • you know what..............nice lift!

    - if people keep complaining about form....watch Lee Hayward Bench Press...

  • WAAAAY too much arch in your back. you are really just doing an incline press at that point. Still quite strong for your bodyweight, but flat bench is flat and incline is what this video shows.

  • decline

  • dude i dunno who showed u how to bench but thats not perfect form lol.

  • little arc in back is good but not to much,

this guy arched wayyy to much

  • the more macho shit they do, the more lies the tell. he's not 15, worst form etc.

  • perfect form my ass you fuck. YOU are retarded you stupid bitch

  • someones going to have a bad back in few years..

  • thats real bad form. your feet are not flat and your back is bent.

  • Comment removed

  • im 14 and just started working out again and im 160 and put up 215 10 times so i geuss thats not bad

  • Worst form I have ever seen

  • u sir, are reatrded. arching ur back is fine so long as it is stable

  • The point of bench press is to keep your back straight

Thats how you fuck up yo back and tear muscles

  • arching your back tears more muscle in your chest.

  • there is nothing wrong with arching...even alot...as long as you start out with an arch... AND YOUR ASS IS TOUCHING THE BENCH!!!!!!

  • damn dude ur messing up ur back ....a lot!!!

  • Good powerlifting form, you guys should read a bit.

  • see a chiropractor immediately....this is not a joke.

  • wow pritty stright back there bud

  • Dude you got to understand that when you arch your back like that, u cant go down all the way which is not getting the full range of motion. I would say you could probably get 8 good with good form. Its ok to arch a little but not to the point where it is very noticeable

  • your an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Jhinsonjr

you mean "[you're] an idiot" ?

what makes me an idiot man, I was just giving some advice.

  • 10 reps!...the wrong way

lets see what you did wrong here...

    1. you arched the fuck out of your back

    2. you didnt go all the way down to your chest

    3. you didnt extend your arms fully

    2*

  • thats some really ugly form man, you'll hurt your back doing it like that

  • your an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • perfect form my ass...

  • I always thought you were supposed to bring the bar all the way to your chest and extend your arms fully on the way back up. Can i get an answer?

And i know that the arched back is totally wrong BTW.

  • youd get bigger if u didnt arch ur back, juss sayin dat as sum1 who used to arch my back alot and saw no progess as for my physique

  • This is not considered good form, but the worst...In compitition you must have contact with the bench with your hole back and feet planted on the floor haha not on the balls of our feet like that, your gunna pull ur hamy and your way to cock so calm down.

  • he's using power lifting form. give the kid a break he's young

  • Strong arch

  • That's why children shouldn't work out. Arched back, and terrible cockiness make it so you're going to be fucked up when you're older. Dreadful lift, bad form, and shitty attitude. I hope you drop a barbell on your sternum.

  • chirp show

  • horrible form... that arch is so bad for your back, and it leads to unequal development in the pectoral muscles...

  • why he arch his back? im new in bodybuilding and idk what it do

  • This has nothing to do with bodybuilding... It makes it eassyer when you do this and defeats the purpuse of Benching haha hes using muscles that he shouldnt be like his legs and back. Hes just TRYING to show off.

  • YEAH BUDDY...

  • these people are stupid. an arch in your back is fine. "raw" bench press means no bench shirt you retards

  • perfect form? what are you smokin kid

  • If your using a bench press shirt then it's not even an honest lift.

  • sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Amazing lift, screw these haters !!! So what if you had an arch, whatever fucking works to get the weight up. Im sure he doesnt actually work out like that, he was just doing it for the video.

  • You need to switch to free weights for a while, this will fix your form. A.K.A. Dumbell Press.

  • look at the arch!! Dude i don't know much about form, but i know if you continue doing that you will most likely fuck up your spine.

  • really bad form... and even not much weight..

  • you cant do that man you had a arch in ya bak

  • that aint raw.....you had about a foot of arch in your back
