Sorry man but that isnt a bench press you are doing a powerlifting position with your back arched like that and ur chest is about 4-6 inches higher then it would reguarly be if ur back was just on the bench which means less distance to push also with you arched like that you can force more power into the bar, this position is used for max benches of 1-2 reps put ur back down plant your heals arch your back slightly then hit it up chest will benefit much more then what you are doing
The form is ok, if the point is bench more weight. Is like an extra wide squat stance. You dont get the benefits of the conventional form and you actually dont get that strong, but you get to handle more weight.

WAAAAY too much arch in your back. you are really just doing an incline press at that point. Still quite strong for your bodyweight, but flat bench is flat and incline is what this video shows.

Dude you got to understand that when you arch your back like that, u cant go down all the way which is not getting the full range of motion. I would say you could probably get 8 good with good form. Its ok to arch a little but not to the point where it is very noticeable

I always thought you were supposed to bring the bar all the way to your chest and extend your arms fully on the way back up. Can i get an answer?

This is not considered good form, but the worst...In compitition you must have contact with the bench with your hole back and feet planted on the floor haha not on the balls of our feet like that, your gunna pull ur hamy and your way to cock so calm down.
