It was for a fourth year university class on weapons of mass destruction. I had to make a presentation about a chemical weapon and then take the stance of a representative of a company that produced that weapon. I was trying to prove that the weapon in question was safe enough for riot control purposes, to avoid casualties as depicted in this video. I took that particular stance to see if I could sway my class in believing that the weapon's use would be supported. It was!
