T. Boone is also buying up all the water rights along the corridor where wind farms are being planned so he's not JUST doing this out of the goodness of his heart. If all goes as planned, he's gonna make a KILLING getting Dallas-Fort Worth's people's money from redirecting water from the New Mexico aquifer... but I guess SOMEONE has to make money off this deal. Why not T. Boone? After he gets done raking it in, it'll be slim pickens for everyone else.
