eh, if he wanted he could use it as a hidden ruin from the first age or a flashback (such as when Leviathan sunk Luthe to the bottom of the ocean), as it is fairly modern if not futuristic via magitek.

With great power comes great responsibility, and you have excercised it well in the creation of this video! Exalted isn't half as popular as it should be. It's by far the greatest RPG I've ever come across.

I'm not exactly sure I see Ra as a Solar. In fact most of your Solars look more like Abyssals.
