Scott your amazing--- hey where does the kick come in? i understand the r ll rr l and you said the bass is on 1&3 but not sure how it works out when playing it - does it mean the 1st (R) gets a kick  and then when you bring the (R) over to the snare it also is playd w/ a kick as well??? not sure - pls help;
