This is misleading. The issue in both reports shown in the video is with retail sprouts which could be sitting on store shelves for days in moist environments, and you don't know the circumstances in which they were grown...but the voice-over does not mention this. Growing your own is super easy, costs a tiny fraction of retail, and when properly done is completely healthy and free of the dangers listed.
