bottom line is this..if he was a real doctor he would have never given michael the drugs. There are other sleep medications that would knock him out. but he didnt, he took the money and administered the drugs into michaels body ultimately killing him. had he not done it, he would not be in jail and michael would be alive...instead michael is dead and murray is in jail
