No. Nor should it. Every rotation of the hub only turns the track about 1/3 of the way around. It doesn't get a full rotation like a tire does. It's like a 3:1 drive reduction. Awesome torque, but lower speeds.
Actually, it sounds like it was revving, but it really wasn't. I was barely on the throttle. Probably no more than 1/3. I didn't want to break anything too early. More of a test drive than anything.
