I think the only cause for being on death row should be killing a child, and all serial killers should get it. I agree that killing even a killer still makes you a killer. But what are you supposed to do to these people besides that? It's a very very tough thing. I wish there was a world where people didn't have to know their date of death. That's the worst thing. I believe the death penalty is a waste. Personally, i believe that justice should be served, but death is a sweet release for many who are serving life terms. As it stands, tax payers pay far to much for both incarceration and execution for death row inmates. It would be more cost effective to put them in general population and let them work.
